About the Author, Kim Allen
Dr. Kim Allen knew she enthusiastically loved motivation and leadership when she won first place for the Miss Spirit Award when she was eight years old, leading a gymnasium of children toward elevated cheers and thundering applause. Today, Kim Allen is an Executive Coach, Leadership Advisor, and Author. Kim recently published her first book, “reLead: 52 Reflections from an Executive Coach to inspire, encourage, and guide leadership effectiveness” and is currently working on her second book.
Kim is an Immaculata University adjunct professor, serving 13 years as a business psychology instructor and research advisor for adult learners. Kim holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University, a Masters in Administration, concentration in Women in Leadership, from West Chester University, and a BS in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University. Kim is certified by the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School’s Professional Business Relationship Program. She is a certified Image Consultant.
