Memorial benches are a wonderful way to memorialize friends or loved ones. Benches are placed throughout town for visitors to enjoy and use. Each bench comes with a custom plaque with an inscription of your choosing.
Memorial benches can be purchased for a one-time donation of $750. Check payments are preferred (made payable to the North East Chamber of Commerce).
Update (July 17, 2024):
The first batch of benches were installed in mid-July 2024! As of now, the chamber is currently seeking other options for bench placement throughout the Town of North East and until spots are solidified, new benches for the time being won’t be available. We will send out a news blast once this fundraiser becomes available again. Thanks to all who participated in the first round and we are excited and proud for you to check out the benches!
