Cecil Public Media (Cecil TV) is an independent, nonprofit news organization. Their mission is to present fact-based reporting and interviews with the leaders, activists, and creators who influence and inspire our community.
At Cecil Public Media, all work is done by volunteers. They have been providing local news to Cecil County since 2016 and became a nonprofit as Cecil Public Media in 2021.
Cathy and Doug Donley moved to Cecil County from New York 32 years ago and raised their two children here. They are passionate about keeping local news alive and sharing news about our community with our community. The Donley’s enthusiastically welcome input and volunteers to the organization.
