Location: Town Hall Meeting Room located at 106 S. Main St., North East
6pm Business Meeting starts
6:15pm Nominations from the floor will be accepted
6:30pm Voting will take place
Criteria: Members in good standing are able to cast 1 (one) vote during the election process on December 18th. Voting is limited to 1 (one) per business/entity. Once the meeting is opened, a call will be made for nominations from the floor. If a nomination is made that that time, the Election Chair will amend the ballot. Once the amendment has been made, the President will call for a written vote to take place. At the conclusion of the voting period, an Election official will announce the new board. The new board (officers and directors at large) will be sworn into office during the Annual Awards event which is scheduled to take place on Thursday, January 25th at the Milburn Stone Theatre.
Absentee Ballot: An absentee ballot will be accepted between, 9am on Monday, December 4th and 5pm on Monday, December 18th 2023. Absentee ballot(s) are available at Town Hall.
**At this time, the ballot is now closed** Any future amendments can be made during the election meeting on December 18th, when nominations are called from the floor.
